"This hotel is absolutely great ,the rooms are clean ,bed comfy , breakfast lots of choice .staff nothing too much trouble ,very helpful ,I am part disabled the first day we stayed I was having a problem with a few steps up to our room,the next day I asked if there were any chance of a room down stairs ,we were told to just pack our things into our suitcase and leave it in our room ,it would be bought down to a downstairs room ,we went out when we came back we had a nice room downstairs with our suitcase in it .this is what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE ."
